First Friday Camera Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by L&P Inventions, LLC, which does business as WorshipMetrics ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@worshipmetrics.com or 910-WORSHIP (910-967-7447). The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by YouTube, Google or the maker of the camera.

2. How the giveaway works

Sponsor holds a free webinar, First Friday, on the first Friday of each month at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, starting November 6, 2026. At each webinar Sponsor holds a separate drawing (a "Drawing") for one prize. Each Drawing is its own promotion under these rules.

The next Drawings are on:

  • Friday, November 6, 2026, 1:00 PM ET
  • Friday, December 4, 2026, 1:00 PM ET
  • Friday, January 8, 2027, 1:00 PM ET
  • Friday, February 5, 2027, 1:00 PM ET
  • Friday, March 5, 2027, 1:00 PM ET
  • Friday, April 2, 2027, 1:00 PM ET

Sponsor may move or cancel a future Drawing, or end the series, by posting the change on this page at least 7 days before the affected webinar.

3. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is older. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, cannot enter. Each person can win once, and each church can win once.

4. How to enter

Sign up for the First Friday webinar at worshipmetrics.com/webinar with your name, email address and church name. Signing up is free and puts you on the webinar list.

You are entered in a Drawing if you are on the webinar list at 1:00 PM ET on that Drawing's webinar date. One signup enters you in every later Drawing until you unsubscribe or win. If you sign up after 1:00 PM ET on a webinar date, your first Drawing is the next month's. Sponsor's computer clock is the official clock.

Limit one entry per person per Drawing. Signing up again does not add entries. Anyone who uses more than one email address, a fake identity, or an automated method to get more entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

Each Drawing has one prize: one NDI PTZ camera, model chosen by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value of up to $1,000. The winner notice states the model and its value. The prize ships free to the winner at an address in the United States. The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize comes with the manufacturer's warranty only; Sponsor makes no warranty of its own.

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. If the prize is worth $600 or more, the winner must give Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize ships, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099.

6. Drawing and odds

Sponsor draws one winner at random from all eligible entries during that month's webinar. If the drawing can't happen live, Sponsor draws within 2 business days afterward. You don't need to watch the webinar to win. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in that Drawing.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor emails the winner within 2 business days after the Drawing. The winner must reply within 7 days to confirm they are eligible and to give a US shipping address, plus a Form W-9 if required. Sponsor may ask the winner to sign a statement of eligibility and a release. If the winner doesn't reply in time, isn't eligible, or the prize can't be delivered, the winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor draws another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Announcing the winner

Except where the law doesn't allow it, the winner agrees that Sponsor can announce their first name, church and state during the webinar, on worshipmetrics.com and on Sponsor's social media, without further payment.

9. Your information

Sponsor uses the information you give when you sign up to run the webinar and the giveaway and to email you about each webinar, as described in the Privacy Policy. Every webinar email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing ends your entries in later Drawings.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the signup or the Drawing or breaks these rules. If a technical problem, fraud or anything else outside Sponsor's control affects a Drawing, Sponsor may cancel or change that Drawing and draw from the eligible entries received before the problem. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any loss or injury that comes from taking part in the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Sponsor's decisions about the giveaway are final.

11. Winners list

For the name of a Drawing's winner, email hello@worshipmetrics.com with the subject "First Friday winner" within 60 days after that Drawing.
