Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This page summarizes how WorshipMetrics, a product of L&P Inventions, LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services. The complete Privacy Policy, the one you agree to when you use WorshipMetrics, is published at app.worshipmetrics.com/privacy . If anything on this page differs from it, the complete policy governs.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, church details), information generated by your use of our services (attendance records, member data you enter), information about your booth's audio/video equipment and its health from the Tech Manager desktop app, your support calls, chats, and troubleshooting history, and technical information (device type, browser, usage patterns) to provide and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the WorshipMetrics service, send transactional emails and text messages you have opted in to receive, improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account. We also use support and system data, with personal details removed, to improve the service, as described in section 5. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive text messages from WorshipMetrics, we collect and use your mobile phone number solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive: Sunday readiness and AV/livestream alerts you opted in to yourself in the app, and status updates on a support ticket you are on. Our own on-call staff also receive internal pages. We send no marketing texts, and churches cannot text their congregations through WorshipMetrics.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and your church's activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get assistance by replying HELP or emailing support@worshipmetrics.com . See our SMS Terms and Conditions for full details, including the exact opt-in wording and the HELP, STOP and START replies, and section 8 of our Terms of Service .
4. AI Voice and Support Calls
Some calls and messages may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence: Journey, the automated assistant on our support line, and Luminos, the assistant in the app.
Calls to our support line, (910) 967-7447, are recorded and transcribed to help our team support your church and to keep improving our help. The greeting says so first, and by staying on the line you agree to the recording. Support PINs are never recorded. Recordings are deleted 90 days after the call; transcripts are kept (see Data Retention). Recordings and transcripts are not sold and are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How WorshipMetrics Uses Support and System Data
Using WorshipMetrics includes agreeing that we may use your church's support calls, chats, and troubleshooting history, and the system data the service collects (such as device status and history, network outages, devices that stop responding, and disk and performance measurements), to operate and improve the service, including to train and test WorshipMetrics' own AI and to study patterns across many churches. Before this use we remove passwords and personal details such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses, and we never use member lists, pastoral notes, children's information, or camera footage for it. Anything we share or publish from this work never identifies a church or a person. Our AI providers are not authorized to train their own models on this data. Your church agrees to this during setup, and it is a condition of using WorshipMetrics.
6. Service Providers
We use a small number of providers, each limited to the data its job needs: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages and the 910-WORSHIP support line, including call recording), Railway and Neon (hosting and database, in the United States), Cloudflare (file storage, live video delivery and edge services), Backblaze B2 (encrypted backups), Sentry (error reporting), and Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AssemblyAI and Moondream (AI, transcription and vision features). The complete policy lists what each one receives.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep account and congregation data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Stream recordings stay in your plan's storage until you delete them; if you move to a plan with less storage than you are using, we contact you before anything is removed. Support-call audio is deleted 90 days after the call. Support transcripts, chats, and case history are kept while your account is active, so we can help with problems that come back and improve our support; you can ask us to delete them at any time. To close your church's account and delete its data, email privacy@worshipmetrics.com ; we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, billing, dispute or security reasons, and backup copies age out within a further 30 days (files) and 120 days (database).
9. Security and Access
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your church and member data is isolated to your church: other churches can never see it, and within your church only the people you invite can use your account.
A small number of WorshipMetrics support staff can also open your church's account when that is reasonably needed: to help with something you asked about, to confirm that a fix we made is working on your real data, to keep the service running and secure, or to meet a legal obligation. Staff use a support view that never needs your password, look only at what the task needs, and every such session is logged.
