Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
By using WorshipMetrics, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
Using the service means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WorshipMetrics.
2. Use of Service
WorshipMetrics is for churches and ministry organizations. You are responsible for maintaining account security, including keeping your password confidential and restricting access to your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Refunds follow our returns policy.
4. Data and Privacy
We handle your data per our Privacy Policy. You own your church and member data. We act as a steward of that data and will not sell or misuse it.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use WorshipMetrics for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others or the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
WorshipMetrics retains rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain all rights to your church data and any content you upload.
7. Limitation of Liability
WorshipMetrics is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses beyond your subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, beyond what is stated here.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
WorshipMetrics sends three kinds of text message, all of them operational: (a) Sunday readiness and AV/livestream alerts to the church staff and volunteers who opted in themselves; (b) status updates on a WorshipMetrics support ticket to a person on that ticket who asked to be texted; and (c) pages to WorshipMetrics' own on-call staff. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and churches cannot send texts to their congregations through WorshipMetrics.
Opt-in. You will only receive text messages from WorshipMetrics if you have opted in. For Sunday readiness alerts you opt in yourself in the WorshipMetrics app under Pulse > Alerts > Notification settings, by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box; we send one confirmation text. For support ticket updates you give us your mobile number when you open the ticket and ask to be texted, or someone at your church adds you to the ticket as a contact who wants text updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and your church's activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt-out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again in the app or reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@worshipmetrics.com .
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number and messaging data. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. AI Voice and AI-Assisted Communications
Some communications from WorshipMetrics may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence: Journey, the automated assistant on our 910-WORSHIP support line, and Luminos, the assistant in the app. This may include AI-composed text messages and AI voice calls that use an artificial or prerecorded voice.
When you receive an AI voice call, the call will identify itself as automated or AI-assisted at the start of the call. You may request to speak with a human at any time, and you can opt out of AI voice calls by saying so during a call, replying STOP to a related text message, or contacting privacy@worshipmetrics.com .
Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, support, and service improvement where permitted by law, and you will be notified when a call is being recorded. AI responses are provided for convenience and may contain errors; they do not replace professional advice.
Fair use of AI support. Where a plan or add-on describes AI chat (Luminos) or AI phone support (Journey, on 910-WORSHIP) as unlimited, unlimited means for your church's own use, for help with your church's audio, video, lighting, streaming and WorshipMetrics. Requests outside that scope may be declined. We may slow or limit automated, scripted, resold or abusive use, and we will let your church know if we do. Included allowances, such as AI phone hours, reset each calendar month and do not roll over. A call or live service already in progress is never cut off because an allowance runs out; the allowance applies to the next use.
