Where Resi shines

Resi built its name on stream resilience: its Resilient Streaming Protocol is designed to ride out network trouble, on Resi's own encoders or its ProPresenter encoder plugin (one license is included). Every plan comes with live phone and email support 7 days a week and stream monitoring, and multisite delivery to other campuses is its own product line. For a large church that wants enterprise delivery, that's a real strength.

Where WorshipMetrics is different

WorshipMetrics doesn't depend on particular encoders: it takes RTMPS or SRT from the encoder you already have, or sends the stream from a church PC with Tech Manager. Max puts your service on your own page, website player and domain, records every service into your video library, and costs $79/mo, where Resi's website streaming is $159 a month billed yearly at non-profit prices and its video library is a separate plan. And it's the same login for planning, presentation, cameras and AV monitoring.

Switching

Switch in one encoder setting.

1

Point your encoder at us

On Max, we turn hosted streaming on for you within one business day, set up your ingest and run a first test stream with you. vMix, OBS, Tech Manager or a hardware encoder sends to us over RTMPS or SRT. That's the whole migration.

2

Add your destinations

YouTube and Facebook connect with a sign-in. Twitch, Restream, Castr and other RTMP destinations go in by their stream address, and if we don't send to a service yet, we add it for you.

3

Bring the team along

Import your people from a spreadsheet, build this week's plan, and Sunday runs through one platform, with 910-WORSHIP behind it.

Questions

WorshipMetrics vs Resi, answered.

Is WorshipMetrics cheaper than Resi?

At Resi's published non-profit prices, website streaming (Starter Lite) is $159 a month billed yearly or $199 month to month, and a saved video library (Resi On Demand) is a separate plan from $49 a month billed yearly. WorshipMetrics Max is $79/mo at founding prices ($99 regular) and includes your stream page, website player, recordings and video library.

Do we need special hardware to stream with WorshipMetrics?

No. Tech Manager on a church computer can send the stream itself from a capture card, your ATEM's USB output, or Present's picture, and Present can show any NDI source on your network. Or it can set up OBS or vMix to send it. If you already own a hardware encoder, point it at WorshipMetrics over RTMPS or SRT. There's nothing proprietary to buy.

What about stream reliability?

Resi's protocol is built for unreliable networks, and that's a real strength. WorshipMetrics takes a different approach: SRT ingest recovers lost packets on a shaky connection, Stream Health watches bitrate, dropped frames, encoder load and CPU on your booth computer, and you get an alert by email, text or desktop when the stream drops, on every plan. Recordings run separately from the broadcast, so a storage limit never stops a live stream.

What support comes with it?

Resi includes live phone and email support 7 days a week on every plan. On WorshipMetrics, 910-WORSHIP answers any hour with AI phone support (2 hours a month on Pro, 5 on Max) and your system in view. Care ($199/mo) adds a person on weekdays, 9 to 6 Central, and Sunday Assurance ($499/mo) puts a person on call during your Sunday services.

Your live stream, handled.

Choose Max and we'll get your encoder pointed at WorshipMetrics together, at $79/mo locked for 12 months if you sign up by December 31. Or start free and bring your team in first.
